Ingredients:

For the Filling:

1 lb (450g) ground beef or lamb

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (150g) carrots, diced

1 cup (150g) peas (frozen or fresh)

1 cup (240ml) beef broth

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 cups (500g) mashed potatoes (prepared and cooled)

1/4 cup (60ml) milk (if needed for consistency)
