Oatmeal and Cheese Pancakes

  • 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese, grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry Provençal herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
