Delicious Chocolate Éclairs

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
80 g of butter
1 cup of flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 extra large eggs

Metode:

Add the water in a pot and add the butter. Let it cook on medium heat.

Remove from the heat, sift the flour and salt, and add it to the mixture.

Mix well over low heat until the flour and water mixture forms a ball.

Cooling off late.

Add the eggs one by one and whisk well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract.

Create spoons full of the mixture, or use a spray bag to spray the mixture on a baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then lower the heat to 150 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes.

Let cool, fill with fresh cream, and cover with melted chocolate.
