Ricotta and Apple Bundt Cake

A soft and delicious cake combining the creaminess of ricotta and the freshness of apples — perfect for breakfast, snack time, or any sweet craving!

 Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g granulated sugar
  • 80 g sunflower oil
  • Zest of 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 250 g fresh ricotta
  • 250 g all-purpose flour (type 00)
  • 1 packet baking powder (about 16 g)
  • 2 large apples
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for the apples)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Butter and flour (for greasing the pan)
